Conditions of reservation accommodation in the hotel "Mir"

How to get: from the railway station - route taxi 726 and 507; from airport "Borispol" - regular bus "Pilot" to the station "Moscow square".

Accommodation services provided on the assumption of availability of free rooms in hotel on the basis of company's application.

Hotel "Mir" uses daily system of payment for accommodation. If you stay in hotel less than 24-hour you the payment will be withdrawn for 1 day regardless of check-in and check-out time.

• Check-in time 12:00

If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance.

Information about additional payments:

• early check-in from 00:00 till 12:00. - 50% of cost per room

• Late check-out from 12:00 till 24:00. - 50% of cost per room

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax within 3 (three) days before the day of accommodation.

If the message concerning cancellation was made later the above indicated terms, Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per night from advance payment of the company.

Costs for accommodation subject to payment

* Cost in USD indicated for guidance only. The cost of room calculated according to the commerce rate of National Bank of Ukraine as of the date of invoice.

• Breakfast is not included to the cost of accommodation. The cost of breakfast - 90 UAH (additional payment)

• Applications for accommodation can be accepted only after payment the registration fee for participation in the conference.

• There is a priority for paid applications in list of reservation accommodations.
