Conditions for participation in the conference "Fruits and Vegetables of Ukraine 2008"

Registration fee for one participant of the conference (it includes the first day and participation in the specialized forums):

There is an opportunity to book the table for the negotiations during the wholesale-retail center; you will need to additionally pay EUR 100 (UAH 750) irrespective of the time when the registration fee is paid. First five representatives of the wholesale and retail trade may have the table for negotiations free of charge as soon as the conference participation fee has been paid.

The registration fee includes:

• Participation of one attendee in the Conference

• Package of informational materials

• Issues of "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" with the conference reports after the event is over

• The information about the company or organization will be included to the Conference catalog and posted on web-sites www.fruit-inform.com and www.apk-inform.com

• Coffee-breaks, lunches, reception

• Discount for the expo-stands in the fourth international exhibition "Fruits and Vegetables of Ukraine 2008"

Correspondence participation in the conference includes:

• Business card of the company is published in the conference catalog

• Informational materials of the conference are sent to the participant

Correspondence participation fee is 1,499 UAH /7,299 RUR /309 USD /199 EUR

Discounts:

• 10% - if two and more attendees of the organization are registered

• 10% - for "Fruit-Inform" subscribers (if the subscription period includes the time of the conference)

Deadline for applications, terms of payment:

The application forms are accepted until November 25th inclusive.

Ads blocks for the conference catalog should be submitted till November 10th.

Terms of payment - 100% prepaid receipt sent by the organizers according to the participants' application.

If the participant is unable to participate in the conference

• till November 10th - the organizer refunds 80% of the paid sum;

• November 10th till November 25th - the organizer refunds 50% of the paid sum;

• After November 25th the paid sum won't be reimbursed.

The accommodation program is provided by the organizers for the additional fee
