General sponsorship package includes:
Participation in the Conference of up to 3 representatives of the company
Participation in the Conference of up to 15 invited clients of the company
PR presentation to be made by the company's representative on December 7 (the topic to be arranged with the organisers)
A right for greeting speech at the Conference reception party
Placement of the company's logos and advertising materials in the Conference halls and the printed materials
Greeting address from the management of sponsoring company to be published in the Conference Catalogue
Publication of an advertising block (full column, full-colour print) in the Conference Catalogue
Publication of an advertising block (full column, full-colour print) in the Conference Proceedings booklet
Publication of a PR article (2 journal pages, А4 format) in one of the issues of "Ahroohliad" journal within 3 months after the Conference (circulation in no less than 3,000 copies)
Posting a PR article on the web-site www.lol.org.ua (the period of placement is not limited)
Placement of the company's logo on the Conference advertising blocks to be published in printed media and posted on the topic-related websites (the expected audience coverage is over 100,000 companies)

Provision of exposition space (9 sq. m) at the Exhibition "Fruits and Vegetables of Ukraine 2005"

The cost of the sponsorship package is $3,000.
The package of exclusive services to be provided at the Conference "Fruit and Vegetables 2005" is not limited to provision of a timeframe for presentation. This year the Conference organiser can offer a unique service package, which will ensure a highest efficiency of this sort of publicity with the minimal cost involved. The package "Participation with a PR presentation" includes the following:
Participation in the Conference of one representative;
A 20 minute presentation time provided;
Consultative assistance of APK-Inform and APM professionals in preparation of interesting and well-made presentation;
Participation in the Conference of up to 2 invited clients;
An article, containing full-colour graphical blocks and contact information to be published in the Conference Proceedings booklet (2 journal pages, А4 format);
Posting the article on www.lol.org.ua (the timing is not limited);
Inclusion in the Conference participant's file of advertising leaflets of the presenting company (about 400 leaflets; optional).
Cost of the package "Participation with a PR presentation" is $1,000 or 835 euros.
