List of advertising services, provided to participants of the 2nd International Conference "Fruit and Vegetables of Ukraine 2005"

Placement of advertisements in the Conference informational materials

The Conference materials will be represented by the Conference Catalogue and Conference Proceedings booklet.

The Conference Catalogue will include the Conference Schedule, the papers to be presented, business cards of the participating companies and of the exhibitors at the exhibition, advertising materials of companies.

The Catalogue will be handed to each Conference participant and exhibitor at the exhibition as well as distributed among the guests and visitors of the exhibition.

The booklet will be issued in А5+ format (245х175 mm) in Russian and English languages, circulated in 1,000 copies.

The Conference Proceedings booklet will be issued in a month after the end of the Conference. The booklet will include the texts of the papers, presented at the Conference, and the most interesting materials, published over the year in the "Agroogliad" journal (these were repeatedly requested by local farmers), which, according to our estimates, will provide, apart from long-time usage of the booklet, the audience coverage about 140 to 150 percent of regular circulation, or up to 7,500 companies.

The booklet will also include business cards of the participating companies and advertising materials.

The booklet will be distributed to Conference participants as well as to the firms, actively involved into the fruit & vegetable business, i.e.:

• Processing enterprises

• fruit & vegetable producing farmers

• wholesalers, supermarket chains

• input suppliers (seeds, plant protection chemicals, fertilisers, etc.)

• manufacturers and suppliers of packaging materials, equipment, drop irrigation systems, farming machinery

The booklet will be circulated in 5,000 copies.

Requirements to the advertisement model:

Images are accepted in the formats AI (Adobe Ilustrator), CDR (Corel Draw), TIFF, EPS;

CMYK or Greyscale colour models, raster images 300dpi; fonts to be converted in curves.
